Chef Maria, since she was a child had a passion for cooking, handed down by a family of restaurateurs, she gained a long experience in Italy in the catering sector, she acquired several diplomas and competitions in Italy including:

- U.R.C.S. Italian Federation Cook Sicilians
- U.R.C.L. National Academy Lazio
- U.F.S. Unilever food Solutions

For 10 years he has worked as a chef in the restaurant "da Peck" in Milan, and another 10 years at his restaurant "La 3 carbonaia" in Milan.
I retired to Belize for peace and tranquility, but I felt compelled to make our Italian culture and taste known.

Steve Miller

Chef Steve Miller has been in the food and wine industry for over 45 years. After working as a sous chef under a English Chef for 6 years he took the Chef's position at a Mexican restaurant in which he worked for 3 years. He then moved to LA to work at "Spagos" under the direction of Wolfgang Puck where he worked for a year and a half. He then received an offer to cater the VIP tents at Lake Casitas for the rowing events of the 1984 Olympics. He then got an offer to open his first restaurant which he called Stephens for dinner which he owned and operated for 7 years, He then ran several other restaurants for years before deciding to get into the catering business which he did for over 10 years before deciding to retire and move to Belize.
